Visiting Home Care
Visiting care covers the everyday things that make staying at home possible — washing and dressing, medication prompts, preparing meals, light housework and simply having someone to talk to.
We never book fifteen-minute calls. Our minimum visit is a full hour because good care cannot be rushed, and every visit is logged in a family app so relatives can see what happened, when, and how the day went.

Live-in Care
Live-in care is often the alternative to a residential home — one dedicated carer living in the property, providing continuous support while the household keeps its own rhythm, its own food and its own front door.
We match on personality as carefully as on clinical need, and we build in planned rotation and respite so the carer stays fresh and the standard of care never dips.

Complex & Nursing Care
Where needs go beyond personal care, our registered nurses write and supervise the care plan directly — PEG and enteral feeding, catheter and stoma care, ventilation support, spinal injury and neurological conditions.
We work alongside district nursing teams, GPs and hospital discharge coordinators so the transition home is planned rather than improvised, with equipment and training in place before the first night.

Dementia Support
Familiarity is medicine in dementia care. We build a life-story profile with the family, keep the carer team small and consistent, and structure visits around the routines and reference points that still feel safe.
Families receive coaching too — how to respond to repeated questions, how to handle sundowning, and when it is right to escalate. Nobody should be working this out alone at two in the morning.

Respite & Recovery
Family carers need to sleep, work and occasionally go on holiday. Respite care puts a trained carer in place for a night, a fortnight or a season, with a proper handover so nothing is missed.
We also provide short-term recovery packages after surgery or a hospital stay — mobility support, wound observation, medication management and gentle rehabilitation until independence returns.
