How we help

Care shaped around the person

We were founded by two nurses who believed home care could be warmer and better organised than what they saw around them. We keep our teams small and local, so the same two or three carers visit each client — no rotating strangers, no rushed fifteen-minute calls.

Rosewood Private Care

Our promise

Welcome to Rosewood Private Care

Familiar faces

Small, local teams so the same carers return — never a rotating cast of strangers.

Nurse-led

Every care plan is written and reviewed by a registered nurse, not a scheduler.

Transparent to families

Live visit notes and photos in a family app, plus a named coordinator you can ring.

Unhurried

One-hour minimum visits. Care done properly takes the time it takes.

About our team

Families we support

For the first time in two years I slept through the night knowing Mum was safe.

Helen T.Live-in care, Richmond

The carers know Dad. They know how he takes his tea and which stories he likes. That matters more than I can say.

Michael A.Dementia support, Guildford

Rosewood organised the discharge when the hospital could not. Equipment, medication, everything, in two days.

Common questions

Anything else? Our online assistant answers instantly, day or night.

How quickly can care start?

Usually within 48 hours of the free assessment, and faster for urgent hospital discharges. Complex nursing packages may take a little longer while we train the team.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long-term contract. We ask for one week's notice to change or end a package, and nothing more.

Will it always be the same carer?

You will have a named team of two or three carers who rotate, so there is always a familiar face and always cover for holiday or sickness.

Are you regulated?

Yes. We are registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission, currently rated Good overall, and every carer is DBS checked and reference verified.

Can you help with funding?

We can guide you through NHS Continuing Healthcare, local authority direct payments and Attendance Allowance, and provide the paperwork assessors ask for.
