Our Story
A small studio building large, careful things.
Blueprint Developments was founded in 2011 on a simple idea: the best builds come from a fixed team who see a project from feasibility to handover. No revolving trades, no vanishing project managers, no surprise variations.
We take on a limited number of projects each year across London, Surrey, Kent & the Home Counties. Every one of them gets the same senior team, the same in-house joinery shop, the same daily care on site.
Our clients are architects who need a builder who can read a set of drawings, and homeowners who want the process to feel calm.
